These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Muninn product and the alkhemy.ai website (together, the "Service"), operated by Alkhemy AI ("Alkhemy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Pre-launch notice. Muninn is in active development and parts of the Service are offered on a pre-launch, waitlist, or preview basis. Features described on the website may not yet be generally available, and pricing shown is a launch structure rather than a live billing page. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
The Service is operated by Alkhemy AI ("Alkhemy AI"). You can reach us at support@alkhemy.ai.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
Where the Service connects to a third-party account, such as GitHub, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for activity that occurs through your connected accounts.
Muninn analyzes the context behind AI-authored code changes and returns a signed, content-free Context Receipt that separates governed context from ungoverned ("shadow") context, so a reviewer can see the difference before a merge. Muninn reports evidence in tier-qualified terms and does not issue a "clean," "pass," "approved," or "safe" verdict on your code. Muninn is a review-assistance tool; it does not replace human review, and you remain responsible for the code you merge and ship.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including GitHub and our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability is outside our control.
The Service, including the Muninn software, the Alkhemy and Muninn names and marks, the website, and the Admissible Context Receipt specification, is owned by Alkhemy AI and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. You retain all rights to your own code and content; nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your code to us.
Paid tiers activate when billing ships. When fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase. Free and preview access may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Where applicable, fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its findings will identify every risk in your context or code. Muninn assists review; it is not a guarantee of correctness, security, or compliance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alkhemy AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alkhemy AI from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of [governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of [governing jurisdiction] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
